The Interfaith Deception: When Unity Betrays Truth
Concern Summary: The interfaith movement disguises compromise as compassion. Beneath its warm language of unity, tolerance, and peace lies a calculated assault against the exclusivity of the Gospel. What began as “dialogue” has evolved into a merging of religions under a global creed where all gods are equal and truth is subjective. This is not harmony—it is heresy.
The world’s demand for unity is seductive precisely because it appeals to humanity’s deepest fears: war, division, extremism. But the solution it offers—spiritual cooperation without Christ—ushers in the very deception Scripture foretold. In the name of peace, truth is crucified anew. The cross becomes offensive, and the name of Jesus is reduced to one symbol among many.
Agenda-driven alliances such as Chrislam, the Abrahamic Family House, and the Vatican’s interfaith documents are not promoting reconciliation—they are laying the foundation for the one-world religion of Revelation. The true Church must resist this counterfeit peace and stand immovable on the Rock of ages: Christ alone.
Scripture Insight: Scripture is unambiguous about unity that compromises truth. “Can two walk together, except they be agreed?” — Amos 3:3 (KJV). True fellowship can only exist where there is agreement on the person and work of Jesus Christ. The interfaith movement rejects this, insisting that all faiths lead to the same God. Yet the Word of God declares: “He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.” — 1 John 5:12 (KJV).
This spirit of false unity is not new. It is the same rebellion that built the Tower of Babel—humanity uniting to reach heaven without submission to God (Genesis 11:4). The modern call for global religion repeats that same sin, replacing obedience with consensus, and holiness with coexistence.
Paul warned, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears.” — 2 Timothy 4:3 (KJV). The interfaith teacher scratches the world’s itch for inclusion while starving souls of the truth.
Revelation 13 warns of a beast “with two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.” This is the false prophet—gentle in tone, global in reach, and satanic in spirit. He will unite the religions of the world under a banner of peace while ushering in the worship of the Beast. The current interfaith stage is his rehearsal.
The Bible calls believers to separation, not syncretism. “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord.” — 2 Corinthians 6:17 (KJV). Unity outside of truth is spiritual treason. Our allegiance must remain with Christ alone, for “Neither is there salvation in any other.” — Acts 4:12 (KJV).
