Righteousness is not passive; it is confrontational by its very existence. A life aligned with God’s truth exposes what the world would rather keep buried—sin, corruption, and rebellion. This is why prophets were despised, why John the Baptist was silenced, and why Christ was crucified. Light and darkness cannot coexist, for light inevitably reveals what darkness works tirelessly to conceal. Jesus Himself declared that those who do evil hate the light, fearing exposure.
